Mentoring & Board Work
Throughout his executive career, Tom has mentored and coached executives, director level leaders and high potentials. With experience in building and leading both advisory and fiduciary boards, his unique skills enable him to merge leadership development into the development and execution of the business strategy.
Tom has extensive board chair and director experience and holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Tom has completed the Coach U Coaching essentials program and has attended Harvard Business School programs on Building and Managing private boards and Authentic Leadership Development. He has been on faculty at the Alberta School of Business instructing on the topics of Private Company and values based governance.
Tom is passionate about socially responsible entrepreneurship, authentic leadership and building cultures of innovation. He believes that the most important job of a leader is to build other leaders.
Both Tom and Ieva are passionate about developing leaders and their organizations and are providing their support individually and as a team.
