    My passion is to use the creative forces of collaboration to unleash the potential that lies within both the individuals and organizations that I work with.  Having a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I have acquired the skills to both identify the constraints to development and in turn, develop and implement programs to increase both results and the satisfaction in achieving them.

    I have a vision of self-sustainable system that operates to constantly develop people and the business. By self-sustainable I mean business that is constantly growing, fully utilizing and developing its potential with least possible long term dependency on any person, resource or surrounding situation. Much like a person that is with healthy immune system physically and mentally, with developed cognitive and adaptability abilities growing up to become intelligent, independent and successful adult. 

    As a continuing student of human behavior in organizations, my learnings and contributions have ranged from my own work as CEO, HR Director, Board Director as well as engaging organizations as a consultant and trainer.  I have had the privilege of working internationally both in and in between various cultures and industries providing me with a broad perspective and an adaptive skill set.

    Leaders of today have an unprecedented imperative to develop a culture in their organization that will foster high employee engagement.  The dynamics of how humans relate to themselves, their teammates and their company are critical to developing this culture.  At the core of this all is psychology; And I’m here to contribute.

  • Tom Redl

    Tom is a seasoned executive and governance leader with a solid track record demonstrating that well governed and purpose driven business is a viable pathway to healthy growth and profits. An orientation to value creation with the application of ESG principles, leadership development, and culture has let to his success as a CEO, Board Chair, Instructor and Executive Coach.

    He is the Executive Chair of CHANDOS Construction in addition to chairing and serving on a number of private company boards. As the former CEO of Chandos for 19 years, Tom was instrumental in leading the company through substantial growth to a national firm that has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, an Alberta Top Employer and a Certified B Corporation. As a believer in employee ownership and values based governance he took the lead in establishing a socially responsible broad based employee ownership program and a best practices values based governance board.     Tom is an alumni of Harvard Business School having completed the Owner/President program in addition to Harvard Programs on Building an Managing Boards in Private Companies and Authentic Leadership Development. His board service has included Edmonton Airports (Chair), Citadel Theatre (Chair), Catamount Constructors (Governance Chair), Alpine Building Maintenance (chair), and Backwoods Energy Services among others.

    He is a member of the Métis Nation of Alberta, served as the co-chair of the Edmonton Capital Region United Way campaign and was named the 2019 Allard Chair in Business at McEwan University.

    Tom’s passions and expertise are in the realms of authentic leadership development, purpose driven business, employee ownership and good governance.

  • Lara Ryde

    Lara has an essential supporting role for Reinventures in enabling us to bring our best to the table, assisting with administrative tasks as well as R&D of the products and services.

    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management gave her a broad range of perspectives and skills, covering areas including Corporate Social Responsibility, conflict management, sustainability and planning. Following her degree she went on to live and work in 5 different countries (France, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand and now Canada) focusing on hospitality, administration and tourism industries.

    This cross-industry experience allowed her to gain essential operational skills as well as working amongst a diverse range of people, which she is excited to apply further within the coaching field. Lara's passion for people and communications is something that she is looking forward to bringing to Reinventures to support our client experience.
